Remote Support

In order to prevent the potential of inadvertent impacts to a customer's system, Wolters Kluwer support will no longer be able to make changes to a customer's system during a remote session. Support can still remote in to view and provide guidance to customers.

Once you begin a remote support session, you are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
